Bewie Terms of Use

Bewie is an app by UltraRanger Labs (Roger Vallejo Balbuena, Spain). By using it you accept these terms.

1. What Bewie is

Bewie is a character that turns into small apps and games you ask for in your own words: lists, scoreboards, timers, games and tools. It is made for everyday life and for play.

2. Age

Bewie is for people aged 13 and over. If you are younger, use it with an adult.

3. It can be wrong

Bewie does its best, but a transformation can contain mistakes. Check what matters (a sum, a date, a measurement) before relying on it.

4. Health

Bewie is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. Its health transformations (medicines, pulse, water, weight, logs) help you note down and remember what you decide or what a professional told you; they do not tell you what to take, how much, or what a symptom or a value means.

• For any decision about your health, consult a doctor, a pharmacist or another healthcare professional.
• Check every medicine and every dose against your prescription.
• The camera pulse reading is an estimate and depends on the phone (it needs a rear flash).
• In an emergency, call your local emergency number. Do not wait for an app.

5. What you may not ask for

Do not use Bewie to harm anyone, to deceive, for anything illegal, or to get around these terms. Bewie may refuse to turn into something like that.

6. Purchases

Purchases are made through Google Play and follow its payment and refund terms.

• Slots: a slot you buy is yours for good on your Google account, and comes back if you reinstall the app or use it on another phone with the same account.
• Premium is not available yet. When it is, it will be a subscription that renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions); if you cancel, it lasts until the end of the period you paid for. With Premium, Bewie will learn new transformations and change the ones it knows following your instructions, using artificial intelligence from an outside provider, which will receive what you ask for (not your name or your other data), with a fair monthly usage limit the app will tell you about before you reach it. When Premium ends nothing will be deleted: what does not fit in your slots will sleep until you have room again.

7. Your things are yours

What you write and save in your transformations lives on your phone and is yours. If you uninstall the app or clear its data, it is lost; Android's backup may bring it back, but we do not guarantee it.

8. Liability

We offer Bewie as it is and keep improving it. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damage arising from using it or being unable to use it. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer under the law, or our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

9. Changes

If we change these terms, we update this page and the date above; if the change is important, the app tells you.

10. Law and contact
